Greetings, I am Traveante' "Tray" Ruffin LCSW, LISW-CP, LCASA. I am originally from Eastern North Carolina now located in the Charlotte area. I am a graduate of the JMSW Program serving NCAT & UNCG. I am a Veteran of the US Army.   I am the founder of Channeling Change PLLC which is a solo practice serving all of NC & SC here to assist individuals struggling with self esteem, life transitions, and mens issues. 

 Are you ready to Channel Change? Taking the steps to begin therapy can be a difficult but rewarding task. I, Traveante' am here to assist on your journey and bring forth those positive outcomes you are deserving of. Since joining the field I have worked with individuals and their families dealing with issues stemming from Mens Issues, Self Esteem, Trauma, Life Transitions, and Substance Abuse.

In my approach to therapy I will ensure that I am creating a safe space for you. I will assist you in discovering things within yourself you may not have been aware of or didn't know how to express. Throughout our sessions I will track your growth and push you to become the best version of yourself.

While engaging you throughout sessions I will listen without judgement, understand your autonomy, and provide empathic support. I will ensure that your feelings/emotions are validated as you work through the process. I will challenge your thinking to assist in change behavior while you become your ultimate self.
