Holding a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and being a husband and father of three, I bring a well-rounded approach to help couples and men navigate relationship complexities.

My decision to transition to counseling followed career in the banking and financial sector. Rooted in a deep commitment to assisting others, I provided life and family coaching for a decade through my professional speaking company, Life Spark, LLC. Drawing inspiration from my roles as a husband, father, and author of "Life 101: Lessons from a 13-Year-Old Father," I offer a compassionate perspective. I've personally experienced life's ups and downs, having lost my father young and becoming an unexpected father. This journey allowed me to navigate the challenges of self-discovery while learning to be a father and navigate intimate relationships.

In addition to specializing in working with couples, I focus on helping men cultivate better relationships with themselves, spouses, and children.
