I see my role as a therapist as a supporter and advocate. I view you, the client, as the expert on your life and believe you have all the tools you need to make change and accomplish your goals. However, we all find times where we feel stuck and don’t know how to find answers for ourselves. That’s where I, as a therapist, am able to offer a non-judgmental, open-minded, safe space for you to process your thoughts and emotions.

When Reggie is not counseling, he is spending time with his family. He also trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I believe you can find joy daily. Sometimes you just need to hunt for it.
