More About Christopher "Isaiah" Foote

 
My name is Isaiah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina. I received my bachelor's in social work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and attained my master's in social work from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.

My specialty is treating complex racial trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity challenges with men of color that affect their relationships, family, work, and money flow. 

My approach to therapy is holistic and grounded in your goals and ambitions. In addition, therapy is at your pace, and I will challenge you when you are ready. I implement evidenced based researched interventions in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

My goal is to equip men with the skills and confidence to embrace their unique identities, overcome mental health challenges, and WIN in all aspects of life.
